Monitoring - Our Analytics database has resumed processing normally, but we are still a few hours behind. We will be monitoring it for the rest of the evening and during the early morning, and if everything is back to normal we will resolve the incident and cancel the scheduled maintenance.

Update - While we have identified the root cause, resolving the latency will involve rebuilding our Analytics Database. During this time, our Analytics pages will not be showing any data. In order to minimize the impact of the maintenance to our customers, we plan to kick off the maintenance at 2:30PM tomorrow PST.

Monitoring - As a result of adding capacity to our database, jobs appear to be processing at normal rates. Job Queues are still catching up and we will be monitoring until processing times are back to normal.

Investigating - Our GMail Service is experiencing an outage at this time. Our engineering and operations team are actively working to bring it back up. Emails sent via GMail Delivery Channel, Scheduled Emails from our GMail client, and Reply Tracking will be delayed until we have our GMail Service back online.

Earlier this morning beginning at 8:45 we experienced a brief period of degraded performance In our core database, resulting in increased page load times and background job processing times. We immediately deployed a fix, and everything is back to normal now. Happy Touting!

Update - We have identified root cause to be a hardware failure in our Search Service. The Service continues to recover as we rebuild the Search Service database. Background processing is currently paused. During this time, we will continue to see delays in CSV Uploads, Reply Tracking, Command Center, and People. Our operations and engineering teams are continuing to troubleshoot and we will be back up and running normally as soon as possible.

Update - Our Search Service continues to recover as we rebuild the Search Service database. However, there is still an impact to customers at the moment which include delays in CSV Uploads, Reply Tracking, Command Center, and People. We have identified root cause and continuing to mitigate the impact of the Search Service rebuild by throttling the overall load on the service.

Identified - We have identified the root cause of the background job delays. Requests to our Search Service have been timing out due to increased load incurred while our Search Service database has been re-generating after a hardware failure from earlier in the day. In order to prevent subsequent timeouts, we have a fix in place that will throttle the load on our Search Service to ensure that requests no longer timeout until the Search database is fully re-generated.

Investigating - We are currently experiencing a backup in our background job processes resulting in delays in various activities within ToutApp including CSV File upload. Our operations and engineering teams are actively investigating and we will be back up to normal speeds as soon as possible. Updates will be communciated every fifteen minutes until this incident is resolved.
