Update - All systems continue to function as expected as the fix we implemented this morning has been fully validated. However, View, Click, and Reply tracking event jobs processing still have a small amount of lag time between when the tracking event occured and when it is processed and visible in ToutApp. We will continue to monitor and post an update once event job processing has fully caught up.

While we are confident this has resolved the root issue, it will take a bit of time for tracking and logging to catch up to real time. Identified - Thank you for your patience. Our team has identified a root cause and is working on a fix. This is affecting creating new groups, loading your contacts on the people tab, and both loading templates and sending emails to new contacts through your email client or toutapp.com.

Update - Our Link Generator service should be fully operational shortly. All other systems continue to be fully operational.

Update - We have a script that has kicked off which will resolve the incident with the Link Generator service upon completion. While this script will take several hours to run due to the size of the data, we have implemented a change to our Email jobs that will continue to process and send emails. However during this interim period until the script completes, Touted emails will not have Link and View tracking.

Identified - We have identified the issue to be a capacity issue in one of the tables in our Link Generator database. We are actively working on a solution and will have a fix in place as soon as possible.

Update - In order to mitigate the impact, we have disabled the Send Email jobs. Until the issue is fully resolved, emails will be queued up so we can sent them out with the correct link tracking.

Update - Our Search hardware has fully recovered. Background jobs that were delayed are now processing at full speed and we should be back to normal shortly.

Monitoring - Our Search module is actively recovering from a brief hardware failure. Everything in the application is back to normal except newly Touted Emails still have some latency before they are appearing on the Conversations tab. We will continue to monitor until the service is fully recovered.

Identified - We are experiencing a hardware infrastructure incident within our Search environment. The Conversations page, and potentially other areas in the application are currently impacted. Things are on the path to recovery so we should be back to normal operations relatively soon.
